Hello, I’m Gilbert Alaskadi.
I was born in a little village in southern Chad (Africa), wasn’t lucky to live full life in my country as a civil war broke out in 1979.
I took refuge in Cameroon for 3 months before settling in Nigeria, where I started weight training in 1983 in my living room.
I left Nigeria in 1984 to visit my country, but could not stay due to tribal war, so exodus to neighbour Cameroon again in January 1985, where I settled there.
